Jeff DuMontelle
Vice President and General Manager

Jeff DuMontelle has spent over 30 years in the medical device industry in various leadership roles in Research & Development, Operations, Quality and Compliance and Regulatory with American Hospital Supply, Shiley Laboratories, Medtronic, ATS Medical and various venture funded companies.

This broad experience includes annuloplasty rings, surgically and percutaneously delivered heart valves, grafts, catheters, extracurricular cardiopulmonary disposable and capital equipment devices,implantable infusion ports and pumps and intraocular lenses,

Jeff holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, a BSBioE from the University of Iowa and is a registered professional engineer in mechanical engineering and an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Robin Gibbs,

Robin Gibbs has spent over 25 years in the clinical diagnostics and medical device industry, in sales and executive marketing positions with American Hospital Supply, Baxter International and Edwards Lifesciences. She was, most recently, a principal at MedX3, a medical device marketing and business development organization. Ms. Gibbs brings extensive experience in innovative clinical marketing, clinician education, product integration and branding. As Vice President of Global Franchise Management for Edwards Lifesciences, she directed world-wide branding strategies, designed and executed state-of-the-art clinical education programs and led multi-functional teams through extensive strategic planning and marketing program execution. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia. Ms. Gibbs serves on the Board of Directors for LabCare, a diagnostic technical support company and for It’s Your Environment, an on-line, interactive education site for teachers and students.
